New Brunswick’s education system is recognized for being world-class and for ensuring that students develop the necessary skills to become lifelong learners, to achieve personal fulfillment and to contribute to a productive society. The curriculum equips learners with fundamental skills like literacy and numeracy, while ensuring that they develop the global competencies needed to thrive in a changing world.
In additional, the curriculum in line with the Ukrainian standards is part of the education at the Institution.

Assessment is an important part of the teaching process. Variety of appropriate tools are used to make learning strategies more effective and to support academic demand. In particular, they are the following:

1. Pre-assessement of students:
  • What is the level of readiness of students?
  • Which concepts/skills require more support?

Record of data

2. Collection of evidence from a variety of sources:
  • Observations
  • Conversations
  • Products

Possible sources:

  • Paper/pencil tasks
  • Oral interviews
  • Paired activity
  • Students teach each other
  • Presentations
3. Co-construction of criteria for success and help students set learning targets

To establish the learning and teaching environment needed to achieve academic and social success for all students academic and behavior interventions are needed.
Concern regarding a student’s academic and/or social success is a ground to determine student needs and explore possible solutions.

In this regard, there are 3 tiers of an intervention approach used:

Core instruction for all students


Targeted, small group interventions


Intensive, individual interventions

Working out the interventions, ESS team problem solves in collaboration with teacher who made a request and makes recommendation(s) for next steps to step up or step down.


  • An official graduation diploma issued by the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development of New Brunswick to students who successfully completed graduation requirement.
  • Ongoing support and guidance on the implementation of the New Brunswick curriculum from an experienced team of educators.
  • Opportunities for professional development to assist:
  • oEducators and school personnel in gaining the knowledge, skills, competencies, values and commitments necessary to ensure that students are reaching their fullest potential;
  • oEducators in becoming more effective teachers.
  • Easy integration into New Brunswick schools in Canada or into more than 30 New Brunswick accredited schools all over the world.
  • Bursary prospects for the School graduate students to continue their education at New Brunswick best universities, including University of New Brunswick (UNB, the oldest English-language university in Canada) and Mount Allison University (Canada’s #1 Undergraduate University (Maclean’s Magazine 2021).
